I am a 29 year old wife, mother and full-time homemaker! I married the love of my life and we've been married for 8 years. We've had 4 beautiful children in 4 crazy years...we have a 7 year old son, a 4 year old daughter and twin two year old boys. A while ago I decided that enough was enough; I felt like crap, my body image was getting pretty low, and I really just wanted to feel better. So Shanna & I started going to our local rec center. I have to admit that I learned to really love exercising! I am a wife and a mother of 3 who loves to have lots of fun. I have 14 year old twins. A boy and a girl, and then a 7 year old daughter. I am almost 36 and I am done dieting! I am ready to get healthy for the long haul. I want to be able to do all of the fun things with my kids and wonderful husband that I want to do. I love to Golf, Cook, Shop, hang out with my family, and have game nights with friends! I look forward to hiking more, and definitely running. I want to live life to the fullest!

You guys are so sweet! And this is totally just a bonus, because I am ready to be back on board, making sure I'm eating right. You have me back in a good exercise mode, and I biked with the twins in a trailer just for fun.
Another friend of mine has a blog where she occasionally shares her weight loss inspiration, and I love everything she says about it. She is probably on myfitnesspal too.
